Ova kuća za odmor se nalazi u vrlo mirnom okruženju,okružena prirodom.Gostima su na raspolaganju dva velika apartmana koji imaju pogled na more,planinu i na bazen s jacuzziom.Oba apartmana imaju zajednički glavni ulaz.Jedan apartman se nalazi u prizemlju kuće i proteže se cijelom površinom kuće(100m2),i ima izlaz na veliku natkrivenu terasu i nenatkrivenu terasu.Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe,dnevnog boravka,kuhinje,kupatila i zasebnog toaleta.Drugi apartman se nalazi na katu kuće povezan unutarnjim stepenicama također se proteže cijelom površinom kuće Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe,dnevnog boravka,kuhinje, kupatila i balkona sa pogledom na more i grad.Na raspolaganju gosti imaju dva krevetića za bebe.Korištenje bazena i ostalih sadržaja dozvoljen je gostima koji borave u kući.Bazen je veličine 9m×4,5m,pokraj bazena se nalazi dječije igralište sa trampolinom,klackalicom,toboganom,ljuljačkom i košom za košarku.Moj smještaj je pogodan za obitelji sa djecom,parove,poslovne putnike i solo avanturiste.Kuća se nalazi u Kaštel Starom u blizini UNESCO gradova Splita i Trogira.
