There is a covered awning for those rainy days and lots of shade from the trees that line the private creek and White River bank the RV sits on. Large families love to book both RVs that sit next to the Magnolia House (unit 5 and 6). Also the Magnolia House (unit 1-4) can make a great rental for those family reunions you have always dreamed of. Come enjoy the White River at the Magnolia House that sits between Copper Johns and Gastons. There are 6 units at this home including the two RVs. This RV (unit 6) sits on the white river and is a great private location for a peaceful stay. There is outside furniture and a firepit included at each location at the Magnolia House including the RVs. The Magnolia House has historically served as a popular location for catching huge trout.
