Fountain View sleeps 4 guests comfortably with two bedrooms. The first offering 1 king size bed with tv and dresser, and in the second 1 queen size bed. Also a cozy office space. There is 1 bath with a shower stall, and a 1/2 bath, washer/dryer, ironing board & iron. The kitchenette offers countertop cooking appliances, refrigerator, Keurig, dishes, cookware, and cutlery. A comfortable living room with TV/cable and a dinette.
Parking: 1 designated on site parking space available for 1 vehicle located straight into the driveway on the left. Number "1" parking space. All other parking spaces on the property are reserved. On street meter parking located directly in front of the the rental (Pango App for easy payment) Free on street parking located within one block of rental for any additional vehicles
Complimentary amenities include a limited supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Linens and towels provided. Please be prepared to bring any other items you or any other guests might need during your stay.
