LUXURY and stunning views await you at beachfront Island Tower 901. This fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit, will win the day with the family as the best vacation condo ever! Our complex is low density and with only 65 units and 3 condos per floor, you will never feel crowded!
THE SPACE: Floor to ceiling windows offer a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico for every window and balcony. The living room has comfy seating, and our kitchen is fully stocked with both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The island has seating for four and the dining table has seating for eight. An extra table in the kitchen has two more seating spots. The master bedroom features a laptop friendly desk and chair work area. The master bath has a double vanity, jetted tub, separate shower, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom two features an ensuite full bath. Bedroom three has access to bathroom three from the hall. Our laundry area features a full-size washer/dryer. Spend your evenings on the spacious balcony. For your convenience we offer free cable, Wi-Fi and keyless entry.

The unit sleeps 6 ADULTS comfortably with 3 king beds, with 2 additional small sleeping spaces, ideally for children. The unit sleeps MAX 8 GUESTS.
THE PROPERTY: Come immerse yourself in the luxury amenities. Amenities include a large beachfront outdoor pool with lounge area, beach facing HEATED indoor lap pool (located on the 3rd floor), indoor sauna, beach facing fitness center (located on the 4th floor), two high-speed elevators, children's playground, BBQ grilling area, outdoor shower, covered parking, beach boardwalk, and 150 feet of white sandy beaches!! For a fee, beach chair rentals are available in season. Island Tower is a smoke-free facility, located 0.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores.
*Parking passes are purchased at booking. *Max 2 vehicles. *Covered parking has a 6’8” clearance, no oversized trucks or vehicles will be allowed to park in the garage. *No boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis or golf cards are permitted onsite. *Must be 25 years of age to book, proof of age is required. *No-smoking both in the unit and on the balcony. *No pets. *No parties. *A starter set of paper products are provided. *Beach towels are not provided.
THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach, Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley, or OWA Amusement Park. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark. Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. Whatever your choice of entertainment, Island Tower is sure to be a winner with the family!

Please depart at/before 10 am CST. Sorry, not late checkout. Maids will arrive shortly after 10Am. After 10 am your door code will no longer be valid.
Clean all dishes and put away. Do not leave the dishwasher running. Put all trash in the outside trash chute or appropriate dumpster.
Do not leave any food in the refrigerator or pantry.
*If you use the sofa sleeper, please remove the linens and leave on top of the sofa.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Booking accepted, but only CONFIRMED upon e-signed Rental Agreement, link emailed after booking. Min age 25, proof is required.
Parking pass(es) purchased at booking must be displayed in vehicle. 4 PM arrival, 10 AM departure. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES.
Departure: Place garbage in trash (no trash pickup at the unit). Clean and put away all dishes, do not leave dishwasher running. Sweep sand from unit.

Spectacular views of the gulf and close to everything
Our family had a wonderful stay at this Gulf Shores property. The stunning views and serene atmosphere provided the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. It’s walking distance to most of the restaurants we wanted to go to and the beach was amazing.

Excellent Location & Beautiful Property! Would Stay Again!
The condo had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a gorgeous view, and was steps from the beach. Everything was clean and well kept. This was a great location. Blender was missing and the owner sent a new one over the next day! Wow! We will definitely be back!
Condo was very nice and clean. Amazing views and location. Loved the beachfront balcony and the separate side balcony. Plenty of space for 8 people to comfortably stay. The air conditioner was not working properly so the condo was 75-76 degrees during our stay and an a/c technician was in and out of the condo working on it for two days. The property manager was very helpful getting an a/c tech there in a timely manner to try to fix the issue. Overall a great place to stay.

We loved this condo. Amazing view. So so clean. Everything smelled amazing. Exactly what the pictures show. We will be back
The condo was great. Very nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable, everything worked as it should. The only thing I would suggest would be to upgrade the cookware. It seemed some of the pots and pans were of inferior quality and had some rust in the bottom.Other than that minor item, no issues. We would stay here again.

The condo was just as pictured. It’s very centrally located to shopping, nice restaurants and a short drive to Orange Beach. There was plenty to do in walking distance of the condo. The indoor pool was an added bonus.
