Sleeping up to 6 guests, this beautifully designed retreat provides the ideal setting to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the very best of Gulf Shores.

Step inside and enjoy 1,621 sq. ft. of coastal comfort, highlighted by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that fill the space with natural light and showcase sweeping Gulf views. Start your mornings with coffee or end your evenings with a glass of wine on the private balcony overlooking the shoreline. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family-style meals, and the open-concept layout makes gathering effortless when you're not exploring local restaurants.

The primary bedroom and first guest bedroom are both en-suite and offer private balcony access, ensuring you never miss a moment of those stunning views. The second guest bedroom features its own private access to the north-facing balcony, providing a peaceful outdoor retreat. Additional conveniences include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more comfortable.

Island Tower offers exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, Gulf-front fitness center, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads directly to the sugar-white sand. With just 65 units and only three condos per floor, this low-density building ensures a peaceful, uncrowded beach experience.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

This was more than enough space for just my husband and myself but also can accommodate others if we decide to bring family. The only issue we had was the dishes in the cabinets had to be washed because they weren’t clean. But that was easily solved with the dishwasher and did not take away from our vacation at all. Girls Trip!

This property was one of the only 3 bedroom/ 3bath that wasn’t a bunk bed/ pull out couch situation. It was perfect for 6 grown adults to enjoy a mom’s getaway. The property was clean and fully stocked minus the Keurig but did have Coffee maker and all the kitchen things you may need. It also had chairs and umbrellas in the laundry room which was so helpful. The beds were very comfortable and extra towels provided. There is also several places to eat that are all within walking distance. The building is older but well kept. This condo has amazing view from several rooms. Highly recommend

Location is EXCELLENT, you won't find better. The condo is beautiful, large, very comfortable. We did have a couple light switches and a fan that didn't work, and were never able to find security while we were there (we were told we needed a key from them to use the bathroom at the pool, but ended up having to come back to the 18th floor each time. A real pain) Otherwise I'd have given this rental 5 stars.

6 of us had a great time in this beautiful, well-equipped condo. Great view, plenty of room, and there were even chairs for the beach. We loved all the balcony space and the extra front one was especially nice and quiet. It took a little bit to work the TV in the LR, but we only used it once. The 4 stars on accuracy was only because of the mattress sizes. Half said the MBR was queen, half said king. One argued the queen was a full. Had I had a measuringtape I would have used it. Great location, great view and good walkable area. Thanks for promptly correcting our parking pass issue and being available for questions. We hope to be back next year.
