Local great restaurants…Albasha Greek, Stabs, Gino’s, Mansur’s On The Blvd., Ruth Chris. Perkins Rowe is only a 5 minute drive away with a theatre & quite a bit of shopping. The beautiful Mall Of LA is also only a five minute drive with Perkins Road right near. Our famous LSU stadium is only 10 minutes away. We also have L’auberge Casino about 15 minutes away. Metro Airport only 20 minutes away. There is so much to do in this very inviting area of Baton Rouge!

This neighborhood is near Bluebonnet and just 5 minutes away from The Mall of LA, Perkins Rowe and many 5 star restaurants. Only 10 miles to LSU. Very quiet small complex off Jefferson Hwy. Top Plantations like Houmas House and Oak Alley are a short drive away. Only 1 hour to the French Quarter in New Orleans.
