Stairs going down to the rental house was very dirty, sand, spilled liquid, cobwebs. The back patio was not any better. We spent a lot of time outside side on the porch.wish it was soooo much cleaner in those 2 places. Everything else was good.

Thank you for your feedback, Mark. Your wife reached out to us on August 31, shortly after your arrival, regarding the stairwell and patio areas. I responded to her at that time and explained that we had experienced a significant storm with very high winds the night before, which may have contributed to some of the debris on the patio. I also let her know that I would make a note for our cleaning team to give the stairwell and outdoor areas additional attention. These exterior areas are cleaned periodically rather than as part of every interior turnover, but we certainly understood the concern and appreciated her bringing it to our attention. We were glad to hear from her that you arrived without any issues and that the interior of the property was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working with our team to give the exterior areas additional attention as well.

Clean and great view of golf course

Very clean, kitchen well equipped with everything you need to cook and clean. Coffee pods were available Comfortable king size beds, ample room for 2 couples or a family of 4. Easy to find.

A fun get away!

We got together with friends from Denver and explored the area for five days and certainly enjoyed our accommodations. Everything was very clean, fresh and accommodating. The host was in communication from beginning to end and in between. We all highly recommend this rental property to anyone interested in staying in the Black Hills area.
