Cozy retreat close to Old Town Arvada and Ralston Creek. Pet friendly.

Enjoy the views from this 100% recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. You will love sitting on the patio and watching the wildlife, ducks swimming on the creek, foxes passing through the yard. Situated next to Ralston Creek and trail system and within 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to Old Town Arvada. Within 5 minutes drive to the Wadsworth exit on I70., and 15 to 20 minutes drive to downtown. Grocery stores and Costco are within 5 minutes drive. You are in the middle of an urban community but when you look at the large living room window, you feel like you are in the middle of the nature. The best of both worlds!

The two bedroom apartment is on the lower level of a three story home. The house is situated on a hill so the apartment has a beautiful patio, large windows and lots of light. There are about 10 steps down to the apartment. And then there are steps down to the large back yard with the Creek marking the end of the yard. It truly is a very special and relaxing place to be.

The owner/property manager lives on the main level of the home so is available to answer all your questions about the property and the surrounding area. The apartment is completely separate from the upper level. The owner requests that you do not have events or make a loud noise after 10 pm.

In the summer, a fire pit and outside chairs will be available so you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Colorado evenings. Also, an outside table and chairs will be place on the patio so you can enjoy eating outside and listening to the sounds of the creek.

There are two parking stops on the main driveway of property.

Arvada offers many sports and recreation opportunities. There our two tennis courts within 2 minutes walk of the apartment. A very popular frisbee golf course is 5 minutes walk away.

When you stay at this apartment, be sure to visit Old Town Arvada. It has many delicious restaurants and bars, and hosts lots of community events with free live music and festivals.

Arvada Gem

This basement apartment was as advertised! This place hit the mark on location, relaxation, convenience, and comfort. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen/eating area was great! Proximity to the trail/creek/bike path was phenomenal. Host was engaging, responsive, and very friendly. Highly recommended property! We were there for our son’s wedding and this property couldn’t have worked out any better - close enough to be of help but far enough for privacy. Took the trail to Olde Town and it’s under 1 mile (maybe 20 min walk) to get to lots of great food and shopping or just hanging out at a local watering hole. Would definitely reserve again even though our son lives 10 minutes away - yes, it was that nice!

It's hard to find a better place to live if you like the great outdoors, skiing, restaurants, music, concerts, festivals, friendly people and the list goes on.....

Why they chose this property

Old Town Arvada is within walking distance of the apartment. It is a very popular place for entertainment and community events. The Main Street has been turned into a pedestrian only street which adds to the relaxed feel.

There are many tennis courts, biking trails, golf courses, frisbee golf course within Arvada.

The apartment is within easy driving distance to downtown (15 to 25 mins, depending on traffic), and you can even take the light rail train from Old Town Arvada Station.

What makes this property unique

Even though the apartment is in a fairly populate neighborhood, it feels like you are in the countryside. The apartment sits up on a hill, that overlooks the huge nature yard and Ralston Creek with views of the mountains in the background.
