We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was centrally located with many restaurant options.The townhouse was well appointed with many extras. The coffee was a big plus. Came in for a show at Red Rocks and to hang out in Denver.What an awesome spot. Good price, amazing quality. 3 bedrooms each with a personal bathroom. Clean. Great garage for the car rental.Located between Red Rocks and Denver the whole metro area was easy to access.Added unexpected bonus is that Aravada had a super cool little downtown with great restaurants.Great communication with the host. Flawless Highly recommended.

A wonderful townhome! Clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The home is a short drive to many points of interest in Denver and very close to Olde Town Arvada. We were there for a week in July. Highly recommend it.

Everything was just perfect with stay. The place was clean and really nice, it had a garage to keep the truck safe, and it was in a nice park of town conveniently located with restaurants being really close by.

We were a family with 4 adults needing 3 bedrooms. It is great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The home is lovely, clean, and quiet. It was a perfect place for us. We have family in the area and hope to stay here again.

Clean and clutter free. We had to leave after one night due to uncomfortable beds. Master bedroom has a memory foam topper on top of memory foam mattress. Two other queen beds were super firm. Loved that garage parking was available.

Condo was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed having three full bathrooms as well as one half. The area is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is the upstairs bedrooms did not cool well. We contacted the host and they had repair man come out and that did help some but still warmer than what we are used to. I know this can be a problem in multi-level homes. I would be hesitant to stay during the heat of the summer again. But if I come back to the area in the cooler season I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect townhouse

We stayed at the townhome for 6 nights over the Christmas weekend. It was perfect for our family of four. Comfortable, welcoming common space, as well as cozy bedrooms. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had and asked for feedback after our checkout. Bonus: Costco is literally across the street. Highly recommend.

Triple Bypass Bike Tour

Used as a base to participate into the Triple Bypass Bike tour. Location was great for getting to the start and also to airport. The place was just great enjoyed all of the provisions in the property. Took advantage of the nice deck and grill. Had a minor issue on getting into the property but this was an error on my part. I had to contact the property management and they very quickly responded and resolved my issue. Otherwise everything was well organized and easy to understand all of the information around the property. Very pleased with property and highly recommend.

Very comfortable 3 bed, 3 bath house. Convenient location, close to Old Town Arvada with good restaurant selections just minutes away. Easy access to freeways and Costco. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and glassware. The skillets could be upgraded with small investment. But we’ll,worth the money.
