Grand Caribe is 1 1/2 miles from the town of San Pedro. San Pedro town is easily accessible by golf cart, boat, bike and on foot.

There isn't a better place to enjoy your morning coffee or to end your day.

Our condo (Unit H2) is one of the DIRECT oceanfront condos available at Grand Caribe. NOTHING will obstruct your view of the beautiful Caribbean Sea from our condo.

Our condo is a beautiful, fully furnished 1500+ square feet, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, oceanfront condo located on the ground floor. And since the condo is oceanfront, it is extremely quiet.

If you only need a 1 Bedroom, our unit can also be rented as a 1 bedroom, 1 bath….we lock off one bedroom and one bathroom, so you can enjoy a full sized 1300 square feet 1 bedroom oceanfront condo.

Rental Includes: Daily Maid Service, Daily Laundry Service, Wireless Internet throughout the resort, 100+ Channel Satellite Television, and 24-Hour Security.


ABOUT GRAND CARIBE
Grand Caribe is one of the finest resorts on Ambergris Caye. Completed in 2010, it consists of privately owned, high-end condos with over 500 feet of powdery white-sand beach. Consistently ranked in the top resorts in Belize Central America, it receives traveler's choice awards year after year.

The resort has 6 swimming pools including a swim-up bar/grill, 2 hot tubs, concierge and tour staff, 24-hour security, boat dock and lush tropical landscaping. The full concierge service can arrange all your trips and activities. An onsite grocery store makes for quick and easy access to all the basics (including an ATM) - and you can even place your order before you arrive. Other onsite facilities include a medical center and salon/spa.

Amazing dive and snorkeling sites are just off the coast. Most dive shops will pick you up at our dock. The resort's concierge can help you find adventure or chill activities to suit every need.


Payment and Cancellation Policy:

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY
A 25% deposit (plus 19.9% resort tax) is required at the time of booking.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Full payment is required if reservation is made within 30 days of arrival.
Full refund if canceled 15+ days prior to arrival date; 50% refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date.
There are no refunds for cancellations 2 days or fewer prior to arrival date

Grand Caribe Belize manages the daily operations of the resort equipped with onsite personnel to assist with your resort itinerary. As an added protection to you the traveler, the Grand Caribe reservations department will send you an additional confirmation within 48 hours of you booking your reservation. This confirmation will contain important information such as your reservation confirmation number, breakdown of charges, and details on the complementary van service from the San Pedro Airport to the resort. You must receive this confirmation, if you do not, it is important for you to contact us.

Amazing place! The owners were great throughout the entire process with communication and suggestions and helping get everything lined up for airport shuttle etc. The unit has everything you need and as the listing says the view is incredible. The location is perfect and you are right near anything you need. Resort staff are beyond friendly & helpful. Our family of 4 had an amazing trip, and could not recommend this place more to anyone looking to visit Belize. 5 star all the way around!

This is an amazing unit that is well equipped and has the best unobstructed view of the water. Anything you need is in the kitchen including yeti type cups and tons of food storage containers. The beds are very comfortable. The daily maid service is fantastic-they will do any dishes you didn’t get done and will do your laundry for you. There is a huge pool with a swim up bar that has happy hour every afternoon, and several other smaller pools so there is always room at a pool. Free use of kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkel gear. Every employee we interacted with was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The pictures do not do this property justice. Ocean front property! doesn't get any better than this! Home was beautiful and well equipped. All the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both restaurants were great! I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Belize!

Great unit on a great resort

The resort is well located, a short cart ride from San Pedro and not too far from Secret Beach. There is a great beachside trail for walkers and joggers. Facilities of the resort itself are very good. The unit itself is prime beachfront location!

It is as advertised - lovely view, and comfortable. Very well kept. We really enjoyed the Grand Caribe swimming pools. Found several nearby restaurants that were good and we did not need to rent a golf cart. We would stay here again if we returned to Ambergris Caye.

My family could not have been happier with our stay at Grand Caribe. Excellent accommodations and excellent service. We did not have a singe bad meal our entire stay on the island. The excursions we planned through the resort were first class. Having our laundry washed and folded by the staff was wonderful. We will be back!

Amazing Condo at Grand Caribe

This was our 4th trip to Ambergris & 2nd time staying at Grand Caribe. The condo is in the building with the best location in the whole complex because it faces the beach & is only a few steps to the pool. The condo is perfectly appointed for 2 couples. We live the property because it has a lot of property amenities including room service, concierge, etc BUT it is also so close to many fun restaurants like Truck Stop, Ají, Crocs and more without having to go all the way into town. Of course it’s still pretty convenient to town. We will be back!

Outstanding upscale and comfortable unit with great amenities

We loved so many things about this unit at the Grand Caribe property. First, the location of this unit on the oceanfront provides an incredible ocean view with beautiful sunrises and easy access to the beach, waterfront and pool. We also loved the design of the unit with upscale architectural touches, comfortable beds and furniture, spacious porch and many amenities. The property owner was highly responsive to communications and showed genuine concern when we experienced an small issue during our stay, and the services provided at Grand Caribe are top-notch. The included airport shuttle, daily housekeeping and complimentary laundry service were a great bonus. We enjoyed easy access to local restaurants, the enormous pool with a swim-up bar, and the many businesses including dive shops that were accessible via a 20-minute golf cart ride.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (adult kids). Easy access to the beach, dock and pools. Great patio where we spent a lot of chill time. Clean and super comfortable beds. Even decorated with black and gold balloons and streamers for our new CU Grad! Had the fridge stocked with some staples from the on site grocery. Easy to plan trips with the resort directly, and rent golf carts. A truly relaxing place to be. We were very sad to leave.

Beautiful property

The unit was magnificent. Fully loaded. We enjoyed having breakfast at the table and looking out at the ocean. Full view--no obstructions at all! Having our laundry done was the icing on the cake(though it did take a little getting used to that housekeepers door). Having been to belize before, I have to say this is THE best maintained complex on the island. I hope they keep it up!

5 Nights in Paradise....Grand Caribe in San Pedro, Belize

Just home from a fabulous 5 nights at your beautiful condo! Right on the beach with a giant pool right out the front door!. Enjoyed swimming in the pool, fishing with Mr Charles and touring the beautiful island with our golf cart. Even though the roads were in pretty poor condition, we still had no problem navigating around the pot holes! Wonderful resteraunts were easy to find as well as many grocery stores. The condo it self was beautiful and well stocked with all the necessities to cook...(we only made breakfast). Thank you Collin for all your help and suggestions. A VERY wonderful vacation!

Often the roads are in bad shape after the rains, negotiating the pot holes in a golf cart sometimes can be quite fun (or very challenging particularly if you are trying to bring eggs back from the grocery store). Loved Every Minute

Everything about our stay was perfect. The unit was clean, comfortable and exactly as described on VRBO. The owners responded to any and all emails swiftly and they gladly (and thankfully) accommodated some major booking changes that I was forced to make. Grand Caribe is the best all around resort my wife and I have experienced in the last decade. Pool servers are friendly and attentive, concierge staff provide all necessary information in a timely manner, and Rain restaurant serves some of the tastiest and most consistent food on the island. Do not hesitate to stay at this property- My wife and I cannot wait to return!!

Fabulous Condo

We stayed two weeks at this fabulous condo and can't say enough about the resort, staff and of course the condo. It is decorated beautifully, has an awesome view of the ocean and a kitchen complete with everything you could want to use. We eat in most of the time and were able to cook meals just as if we were in our own kitchen. We did eat a wonderful meal at Rain. There is a very convenient market on the premises too so you can get some snacks and stuff. We did get a golf cart and the drive into town is easy and fun. We found everyone at the resort and on the island in general to be very friendly. There is a lot to do on the island. We felt like we had the best condo in the resort. It is steps to the pools, pool bar and beach. We thank the owners for a great service and we hope to be back for another visit some day.

Very impressed!

This was our second trip and we are now sure this is the place for us. Kathy, everthing was perfect. The only thing was the bedding made us stick to the bed? We went to Capricorn because we loved it on our last trip, very sad the son was there and informed us that his dad passed away very suddenly. He said he thinks the restaraunt will be sold. We did find a great place north called Rojo's. The best pizza i have ever had. The Lobster and bacon is wonderful, but I am a Pepperoni purist. Also the pork carnitas are really good. They offer beach front seating in addition to pool and bar. The Highlight for me was their Parrot who actually danced with the music they played. Wonderful time and thank you for your hospitality. Randy and Kathy, we loved your condo. It was very pretty and roomy and very clean!!! Loved the true ocean front location. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked with modern and nice appliances and equipment. Nice large bath with double sinks were great in the master bathroom. It was nice to be able to rent just one bedroom since it was only my husband and me. We have never stayed North of San Pedro before. Always South. But we loved the paved roads and enjoyed checking out some new places on that side. We wish we could have bought a pass to come and go over the bridge to go into town but we learned quickly to have our money ready to cross the bridge. Loved having laundry done. At first I was skeptical, they did great! They would wash, dry, fold our clothes and place them on the table for us while we were out diving. They even left a dollar on top one day that my husband had left in his pocket. Every staff member went over and above to make sure all was well for us. We had a WONDERFUL time at your WONDERFUL place! We will be back!!!!Pam and Ted
