Beautiful Cottage with Courtyard in the charming historic district of Downtown Brunswick, GA just minutes from the beaches and golf courses of Jekyll and St. Simon's Islands.

The Cottage features 1000+ sq ft of open living space. The bottom floor has a living room with huge West Elm sectional (sleeps 2) and flat screen TV (full cable and streaming). A fully outfitted kitchen includes gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffeemaker, full size refrigerator and a high top dining table with bar stools. A lovely shower and pedestal sink with antique dresser is featured in the large bathroom along with a stacked washer/dryer. Walk upstairs to the sleeping loft to find a king size bed along with a beautiful carved wood daybed. The finest in furnishings and linens, and all modern conveniences (Central Heat/Air; Washer/Dryer; WiFi).
