Brand new, absolutely beautiful lake house with stunning lake views and an open boat house. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and sleeps 8. It would be great for a weekend getaway or a fishing trip. Conveniently located in a quiet, safe neighborhood between Goosepond Colony and City Park boat launches, this is the ideal place for fishermen. There is plenty of paved parking for trucks and trailers. This home boasts a gourmet kitchen and large dining space, master bath with a beautiful tile shower and freestanding soaking tub. There is a large wrap-around porch with a grill, including a separate screened porch with a TV and outdoor fireplace.

House is super nice and roomy and has everything you need. Super close to Goose Pond so if you are fishing it is very convenient. Also plenty of parking if you have a boat with you. Will definitely be returning.

Perfect Getaway!

Amazing place to stay! The house was beautiful, and the screened patio with tv and fireplace made for a nice place to spend the evenings. Plenty of room to park the truck and boat, with easy in/out access to the main road. Nice location to access both Guntersville and Huntsville. Super clean and comfortable house with friendly and responsive hosts!
