Great 3bd/2 bath lake house on the water on beautiful Lake Guntersville. Perfect for fishing tournaments, vacationers, and duck hunters. Home is located appx. 1/4 mile from boat ramp. Boat dock has electricity. Large deck overlooks large backyard. Nice dock good for fishing, swimming, or hanging out.

Home is a ranch style with sunroom/dining room with sweeping views of the lake. Master bedroom has king size bed with walk out doors to deck with beautiful views of the water. The other two bedrooms are furnished with four twin beds and a trundle. There is a second bathroom located in the hallway. * Notice Travelers agrees to hold harmless the owner of the property for injury, death, or loss of personal property during stay. *

Location of house was perfect in a beautiful area. Close to boat ramp and use of boathouse was great and huge convenience. House had everything you needed and located within minutes of stores if needed. Enjoyed our time there immensely and plan a repeat.
