Gorgeous views from the deck on this 3.5 acre property. Enjoy beautiful sunrises or watch the Milky Way after the sunsets. While enjoying your morning coffee be mindful of the wildlife such as deer, foxes, groundhogs or Bald Eagles. Blackout shades will help you lose track of time if you’re a late riser. 10 minutes away you can enjoy 90 miles of ATV trail riding, or hiking in Fairfield bay. Kayaking and boating is available from 4 local marinas with plenty of bluffs to please your eyes or test your bravery if you dare to take the plunge. Bring a fishing pole and catch your dinner from the shore. Book a tour to Sugarloaf island and watch for eagles. Janssen’s Lakefront restaurant is walking distance from your backdoor with a menu that would compete with any 5 star steakhouse. If you’re a golfer there’s 4 courses 10-25 minutes away. Waterfall viewing, fly fishing for trout or view the JFK dam museum, trails, disc golf in nearby Heber Springs. Enjoy river floats in close proximity also.
