4BR lake VIEW house overlooking Greer's Ferry Lake in the scenic Arkansas Ozarks. Two Level, 4 BR, 2 BA house, 2,114 sq. ft heated/cooled. Full Kitchen, view of the lake from both levels. The layout is perfect for two families to rent together and still have privacy. You'll enjoy the large wide view of the lake that offers views of boats, jet skiing, fishermen, the beach, and boat ramps at Devil's Fork Recreation area. Just outside your back door is a large main level deck with table and chairs for entertaining, sunning or relaxing. Gas and charcoal grills are available. We do not provide gas or charcoal. We do not clean grills. Feel free to use any gas that may be available, but if the tank is empty you will have to trade it out at a local store. Covered patio downstairs has a bench swing and small table/chairs. This is a fully furnished home with a King size bed, 2 Queen size beds and 1 Full
double. Firestick and Roku available, bring your passwords. Main level has a 60” TV. Downstairs also has its own bath and family room with TV. Devil's Fork Rec area is just across the bridge with seasonal beaches, boat ramps, etc. Nearby Lacey's Narrows Marina offers boat rentals, boat slips and more.

Food/Drinks/Coffee are not provided, but you are welcome to use any available condiments or spices.

Boats/RVs: Please be aware that the driveway is very steep on one side and very difficult to maneuver boats/RVs in and out of without causing damage to the house and with very little storage. Therefore, NO BOATS or RVs. We suggest you rent a boat slip at Lacey's Narrows Marina (4 miles from house). Fairfield Bay Marina (12 miles from house) has a variety of rentals from SUPs to Hard Top Tritons. They both have websites for up to date rental information. You can rent an RV site at nearby Devil's Fork Rec Area, if available. No loud trucks or motorcycles. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

No Pets. No parties. No Smoking of ANY kind indoors.

RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. MAXIMUM total occupancy 8 people. All occupants under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Children must be supervised. Backyard is very steep.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

$50 fee if trash is left outside unsecured and if loose trash is thrown into cans without being bagged up.

$50 fee if key is not returned to the lockbox upon departure

$500 fee if evidence of any pets/animals were brought on or in the property

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

When departing please set AC to 82 in Spring/Summer and Heat to 62 in Fall/Winter. NO PETS, NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INDOORS! Do NOT use fireplace.

$300 fee if 1) Key is not returned to the lock box or2) internet box or lockbox is tampered beyond repair or removed.

Used Dishes/pans/utensils to be washed or run thru dishwasher.

The view was remarkable and the house was so cozy. A perfect little home away from home.

This house was very clean! We loved the layout. My college aged girls were downstairs with their own living space which they liked. Plenty of parking and a GREAT view of the lake! The beds were all very comfortable as well. We’ll be renting this house again!

We had an excellent time at this place. Our party consisted mainly of young adults, and the location was perfect for lake activities! The view in mornings was pristine. Plenty of room for my large kids to spread out! And we really enjoyed the board games! Highly recommend!

Located close to Sugar Loaf Mountain, which is an Island, the view from the top of the Mountain is amazing. We had never been to Arkansas, but next to dinner table is a bread table, which has a lot of literature on places to visit. Try to visit the Dam when it's generating, which is perfect for a float trip on Red River. From there you can see the Dam up close, water is loud and looks so powerful. To get there, drive down pass the visiting center building. After that we drove back up to the building and took a trail to a viewing point of the dam. We also took a drive to Arkansas Natural Bridge. It's about a half hour drive and to see the Natural Bridge is only a short visit. But it's a nice drive. The actual home is very clean and cozy, very spacious with a living room upstairs and downstairs. We did use the fireplace at night, as well as the fireplace. We did not have any issues with satellite. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was for the lack of a dock and there is a street that crosses the back of the house. From the picture it looks like the house is a lakefront property. But using the maps found in the house we found public launching sites. We used Narrows Park and Sugar Loaf Campsite to launch. On the west side of Sugar Loaf Campsite, is a really nice cove, we spent two days there fishing and hanging out. We were protected from the wind there and was very peaceful. In the back of the cove we found a small waterfall. We stayed there 7 nights, and had a blast. We had never been, and still found something to do everyday. We didn't have a boat, but still had fun w our kayaks and Raft w a trolling motor. For us, we found a much needed adventure. God Willing, we'll be back some day.
