Hawthorne Valley #4- 2 Bedroom Plus, 2- Bath - King, Queen, Pyramid Bunk and Sleeper Sofa- Sleeps 9. Welcome to your mountain retreat at Snowshoe, nestled in the picturesque Hawthorne Valley. This charming 2-bedroom plus unit offers a perfect blend of comfort and rustic elegance, making it an ideal destination for your next getaway. Overlooking the scenic golf course, this unit provides a breathtaking backdrop for your mountain escape. The loft adds a touch of versatility to the layout, making it an excellent spot for a quiet reading nook or a place for kids to enjoy their space. This unit has a wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of bookings
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Great summer trip!

Beautiful property with amazing sunsets! We enjoyed our trip there over the July 4th holiday. Although it did not have central AC, we placed the box fans in the windows at night, and it kept the place very cool overnight. The kitchen was well stocked, and all the appliances worked as expected. Excellent property!

Excellent Stay

Our party arrived at two separate times and getting into cabin was easy with the code lock. We were there for two short nights and honestly was only in cabin to sleep. Beds were all comfy and Cindy, plenty of towels and toiletries for the stay. Had an excellent time. If I could make any change that would be maybe giving guests a break if the house is left in tip top shape and cleaning isn’t really needed. Only a suggestion. Kimberly A
