We loved this beautiful historic condo in the heart of the city. The space has lots of exposed brick and character. It was perfect for our gathering. The beds were comfortable. Lots of stairs, so be aware if you’re bringing lots of things with you.
Stayed here to attend a concert at Van Andel area - was a perfect location to be able to walk to arena and restaurants.
Stylish, comfortable place to stay. Would return!
We were able to stay at this VRBO and it was perfect for a group of 7 guys! Our bus trolley picked us up and dropped us right off in the back, was so close to everything. Very clean unit and well maintained! Absolutely beautiful!
We went to Grand Rapids for a concert at Van Andel Arena and wanted to be able to walk there. This location was perfect for that! It was also a great location to walk to restaurants. Parking was easy. Communication with Chris was great, too.
We had my friends bachelor weekend in Grand Rapids. The property was fantastic. It was slightly confusing to enter the property due to a different security code for every single door, but we figured it out!
Everything in this condo is as described. Wonderful location to everything in GR. Was a little noisy at night. However, it was St Patrick’s Day weekend. Overall, would stay again.
We were very pleased with our stay here. Very cool place in convenient location to downtown. We were attending a conference at the De Vos Center and this was a 15 minute walk or quick drive. The beds were very comfortable and Location was quiet in the evening for sleeping. There are some cool restaurants around including a great breakfast place called The Good Truckin Dinerr. Chris was a great host and helped us with the parking situation Because we had a trailer in tow I would recommend staying here For a business or a personal trip.
Property manager emailed me on Sunday and. Didn’t check my email. We did the usual thing when we left only because I didn’t see the exit instructions. The place needs paper towel. The karaoke machine was a blast! The neighbor hood was rough and there was a lot of street fighting throughout the night.

Access codes
Everything was great except your instructions getting in to the place and the access pads did not work right. You should make it easier. First you need to state that you need to just touch the pad and then hit the code. The front one didn’t work or the code was the same as the back. Very confusing and frustrating. Also your instructions seem to state that you park in the garage instead of in front of the garage.
