It features a full kitchen, spacious dining area, washer and dryer, and a balcony with panoramic views of town. Located on its own floor, the master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a jetted tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

Surrounded by pine forest just a few blocks from Main Street Breckenridge, the Los Pinos Townhomes complex features an onsite hot tub. Guests also have access to the Upper Village clubhouse, which includes hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor heated pool.

Worked fine for our family
Conveniently located near Snowflake lift, the layout of this condo works well with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms-the primary being upstairs with its own fireplace. A bit outdated, but everything functioned well. Generally clean, but some areas need better dusting, particularly when seen from the stairs. The sheets and towels were in good shape but comforter hadn’t been washed from previous use. Comfortable blankets found in the closet. Weirdly, picture hooks left in the wall in several places without pictures. Comes with access to The Village Pool, a 10 minute walk downhill, or suppose could take shuttle. Overall we had a lovely 5 day weekend with 3 adults and 2 teens. Beware of extremely long waits for dinner on a President’s weekend Saturday night- we ended up grabbing groceries at City Market instead. The skiing was excellent!

Nice condo but some issues...
While this condo unit was fine, there were some issues that could have been handled better… After checking in, we realized our check-in packet did not include instructions on how to access the unit. We never received the unit information email that included the combo to access it or the garage. We waited in the driveway with three kids in the snow for an hour for VRBO support to locate the unit combination. Part of the reason we booked this unit was for the rec center, which the advertisement said we had access to. Turns out the rec center was a 2 mile walk away, making it unusable for the kids. Also the hot tubs and pool were located that same 2 miles away which made it unrealistic to walk to or use. There was (we found out the day we were leaving) a small jacuzzi hidden on the property with no instructions as to how/where it was located. The information book in the unit which we had to rely on since we never received the unit packet email, had the incorrect wifi password so we had to contact the internet support people to give us access to that. The mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable, the shower head in the master bedroom hardly worked. And the mattress in the kids bunk bed rooms was awful and noisy and woke the kids up throughout the night. And while this last complaint is certainly minimal, it is worth mentioning that the kitchen in the unit, while adequate in terms of use, had zero necessities such as any kind of spice, salt pepper, sugar, nothing. Not a big deal for sure but maybe suggest that all customers please provide all their own food and spices/supplies as none will be available upon arrival.

First trip to Breck
I’ll start with some positive feedback. Great location as it’s short walk to lift across the street and shuttle is also very close. Great response from mgmt company. Beds were comfortable but bedding needs updating as it felt like sandpaper. Make sure to confirm address if checking in after hours, it’s not listed in confirmation email and took us an hour to find it after stopping several places. Place is cozy but pics make it look bigger and brighter. Pretty outdated decor and I would have expected a larger TV. No access to garage from unit, You have to walk outside to get to garage which is a pain when all ski gear is housed in garage to avoid walking up flight of stairs. Place seemed kinda dirty, cups were left on patio and pizza boxes in garage so I doubt it was cleaned fully. Inch thick of dust on master bedroom ceiling fan. No door in master bedroom bathroom which was odd, no privacy when using bathroom and hard to get ready without waking up partner with lights from bathroom. For the price I didn’t feel it was worth what we paid. Family stayed two doors down A11 and there’s was much nicer and updated. I would not stay in this unit again.

Nice but Needs a Few Upgrades
Great location. Plenty of comfortable seating in living and dining areas. Clean and garage with extra parking space was nice. Worst shower heads ever. Need more comfortable beds and pillows.
