Great location - walkable to lifts and downtown. Beautiful remodel, way nicer than when we booked the place. Only suggestion would be to put towel racks/hooks in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!
We loved it all! The townhome was beautifully appointed and you can't beat the location. We never even moved our car during our stay (having a 2-car garage was a nice bonus). Walked to the Snowflake lift in the mornings and skied right down 4 o'clock at the end of the day. We've stayed many places in Breck and this is a new favorite. Hope to book again next season!
We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, walking distance to lifts as well as the adorable downtown area. So many shops and restaurants! The place was spacious enough for all to relax and enjoy.
We enjoyed our stay here. It’s close to town and skiiing. It’s also only a 10 min drive to other activities in frisco. We definitely recommend staying here !
We had a great girls' weekend hiking and exploring Breckenridge! The unit slept the five of us comfortably and the different spaces around the house were nice.
The townhome was just perfect. It was only three blocks to the lift, and a very quick walk to downtown. The location is ideal. The space in the townhome was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this rental!
The condo we rented was great! The kitchen is newly remodeled and very convenient. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was central and easily accessible. It was just what we were looking for. I highly recommend it!
Condo was great! Had everything we needed on our trip and more! Comfortable beds, clean and enough room for our party to spread out. Quick walk to Main Street, shopping, restaurants. Got to do some beautiful hiking and rafting. Would definitely go back and stay at Lauren’s condo again!
Property was very clean and comfortable. Loved the location which was a short walk to Main St. and also the Free Bus stop was right outside the unit. We also loved the 3 baths with lots of counter space for 4 girls, the kitchen space and washer with dryer. We gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the carpet is older and musty.
This property, townhouse style, is very spacious, very well furnished and decorated, with everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. The 2 cars garage was very convenient, as well the location close to the snowflake lift and walking distance to town for shopping and eating. If available, we definitely will go there again.

Great property in prime location
We had a group four that fit very comfortably, and this fit all our needs. Great location within 100 yards of Snowflake lift. 4 O'Clock run takes you all the way back to the condo, so great way to end the day. The property is in great shape, clean with attentive property management to attend to needs.
Great place to stay for proximity to town and snowflake lift
Very nice place and love that we could walk to town and to snowflake lift. Get to snowflake early because it is a 2 person and the line can get big quick! At the end of the day the 4 o’clock run can take you to right across the street. Very cool last run.

Great location, Great Property Manager, Dated House
The location of this property is very convenient to the Snow Flake lift and a quick walk to Beaver Run area. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The house is a bit dated, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Some small investments would make it much better. Lights were not working, the toilet seat was broken, and the dishwasher didn't work (the property manager sent someone to repair it). We would stay here again but I can't rate it 5 stars given the issues.
Our family enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was very good overall! Beds were all fairly comfortable. The layout was alright very little families but nothing to complain about.
It’s nice that you have a front patio and wooded area for kids to play in snow. It is right next to road so you need to be mindful of cars pulling in fast to alleyway.
The house could use some updating and a “modern” touch in most areas. I would also suggest adding light fixtures in living room, and bedrooms. The entryway would be better suited to have more hanging and storage for coats and boots from skiing.
It’s great location to lifts and downtown! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo.. we enjoyed the stay overall. Thanks!

FANTASTIC!! We LOVE this place!
We absolutely LOVED this property... it couldn’t have been better! The location is perfect... a short walk to the Snowflake Lift in the morning, and easy to ski down Four O’Clock (cut off at the “Snowflake Chair” sign instead of going all the way to the bus stop) at the end of the day. It is also a very short walk to downtown for lunch, dinner or shopping - we didn’t even need to use our car the entire time we were there! Even though we walked everywhere, it was great to have spaces for two cars in the enclosed garage since our son came from Denver to stay with us (it also snowed quite a bit while we were there, so our cars stayed nice and dry). The condo was immaculately clean when we arrived, and every convenience was available to us during our stay. The living room furniture was VERY comfortable (everyone commented how cozy and comfy it was!), and it was wonderful to have room for the entire family to sit and relax every day after skiing. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and everyone felt like they had their own space and their own retreat. Check-in was a breeze, and our host Lauren was very responsive and available for any questions we had during our stay. We loved this place so much that we are literally planning to rent it every single time we visit Breckenridge in the future!
For skiing it doesn't get much closer to ski in and ski out. You literally walk about 200ft to the chairlift.
Love the actual wood burning fire place too. It helps with the ambiance of a ski chalet.
Downtown Main St. is close as well. I would definitely book this place again next time I am entertaining a group of folks.
