This brand new home resides on an open private cove off the Colorado arm of the lake and includes a pool and spa steps away from the back door. This farmhouse flair home offers 5 bedrooms and a huge game and bunk room with amazing outdoor living areas as well. Sleeping accommodations for 18-22 people will be available. Dock available to play on and tether jet skis or pontoon boats to.
