This house was perfect for a girls weekend. Plenty of space for people to enjoy themselves, but also great gathering places too. The patio on the upper deck is well worth all the money for this house. The pool is small, but we figured that in from pictures. Everything was really easy and clean and just as you see in the pictures. The garage area with the foosball table is not a seed, but you can open up both sides of the garage to allow air to flow in so we were fine with that.

Great Location, we had a large group and never felt crowded, house is Hugh!! Elevator did not work, not good for 2 of us old people!! But we managed, lots of stairs in this house. Lots of outdoor spaces for entertaining. Host was great with communicating!Kids fished right off the dock and caught variety of fish.

Great vacation get away for large groups. Clean, well maintained and with all the amenities for a fun stay. Communication with property management was good and fast. Highly recommended.

Awesome stay

Check in was smooth, everything you need in the kitchen was there. I recommend to have a regular coffee maker instead of just the Keurig. All else was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

This property, to say the least, was one of the, if not the, better or best property, we've ever stayed at. My wife and I take our family on an annual trip every year and we can honestly say it was the best trip ever. She is my high school sweetheart and we reconnected 8 years ago and we started this anniversarial trip with our blended family and their perspective families since we've been together. It has since made us '1' family which has been my goal since the beginning. And you made it finally happen, here, this trip at this property and I will be forever grateful to you for finally bridging the gap between our two families. Thank you so much for the great memories you helped our children create, our grandchildren enjoy and my wife and I cherish. 2 of our grandsons caught their 1st fish on your docks which you cant even begin to imagine the look on a 3 yo face when he catches his 1st fish, yes they are both 3. All of our grown children enjoyed themselves immensely and all said it was the best trip yet. Hard to top it they said. So thank you. 5 stars and 2 thumbs way way up. I will be recommending this property to anyone who asks. Thanks again for the memories and we hope to stay again in the future.

It is a great property. It was perfect for our family of 13. The only thing I would suggest is it needs more coffee mug. We have a lot of coffee drinkers!

We had a memorable family reunion in the house on Lake LBJ. The house is lovely with wonderful amenities inside and out. We had enough room to play games and have sit down meals for 11 people. The game room allowed us to have a ping pong tournament during the hot afternoon on the water. We would definitely stay here again.
