Wonderful spot in the marina. Walk to everything! Great patio. One day was warm and AC struggled but the rest of the days were fine. Very secure spot in gated marina area.
We enjoyed our stay on the boat. The view of Old Quebec City across the harbor was very nice, especially at night. It was easy access and very walkable to the sites and eateries in Old Quebec.
Although we did not cook, the kitchen seemed to be stocked with all the basics needed to do so.
It would have been nice to have a throw blanket or two on the couch as it was a bit chilly during our stay and we wanted to have the sliding door open for a better view. The WiFi is not very good, but that was not an issue for us.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend. It’s fun and different!
My only recommendation would be to bring a candle or air freshener for the bathroom as the toilet always smells.

Lovely home away from home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house boat. Overall the place was clean and had everything we needed. The view was fantastic and Yves was very responsive and quick. The location was great and free parking was nice.
We did experience some setbacks but they were quickly rectified. We did not arrive until after the reception was closed, and while we had made arrangements beforehand, when we phoned to let them know we were here, there was no answer. We left a message but did not receive a callback. Luckily we circled the building looking for anyone and eventually found a nice lady who worked in the marina who was able to gain access to the reception area and get us the keys that had been set aside for us. The second setback was that the toilet stopped working after the first flush. We notified Yves and he came to fix it within 2 hours. After that the toilet worked fine for the remainder of our stay. It is very finicky and loud but once you figure it out, it’s fine.
The only negative thing was the loud noises from the nearby factory that others have also mentioned. It can be hard to sleep through so bring earplugs if that is a concern for you.
