Excellent location and Host

Francois went out of his way to give us tips and ensure we had a wonderful stay. Location is great for heading to both the mountains and the city, and our host's knowledge was much appreciated. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Unique, spacious and comfortable with a great host

We stayed 2 nights in June and thoroughly enjoyed the space and all the amenities, including the decor and artwork displayed throughout the property. Everything worked well and Francois went out of his way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed, including lots of helpful advice on local attractions.

Great location close to tourist attractions

The apartment is spacious and convenient for a family visit. François is very hospitable, he lives on the first floor of the same building and available to help if needed. The apartment is located in the old historic town of Château-Richer. It is a short drive from Vieux Quebec, Montmorency Falls, and skiing resorts. We had great time balancing skiing and sightseeing.

Weekend trip to Quebec

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at this rental. The check in was very helpful, it was nice to meet the host and get some advice about were to go around Quebec. The pamphlets available were also very helpful and helped us plan our days in Quebec. It was very clean and the set up was great. The art done by the host was gorgeous and gave the rental a great atmosphere. The location was also perfect, easy access to the city and multiple other tourist attractions. The town itself was filled with lots of history. Overall, it was a perfect place to stay, its clean and in the perfect location for traveling around Quebec!

St. Anne De Deaupre Trip

Stayed here with my mother go go visit the St Anne De Deaupre Church and tour the island of De Orleans. Beautiful quaint location about 7 mins from the church and 20 mins from old Quebec. Perfect location to visit all the Quebec City and areas has to offer. Francois met us when we arrived and helped us bring up our bags, and gave us a great tour of the VRBO. It is decorated with his own paintings (he is an artist) which gave it a nice character. There is a grocery store about 50 yards away that you can walk to and a pastry shop close by as well. He was very attentive and has a rich knowledge of Quebec city’s history. He also offer airport pick up and drop off services as well as guided tours. We really enjoyed the location as it is on a quite neighborhood and close to everything. Everything was newly remodeled with new furniture and fresh paint. Highly recommend staying here. Views of the river as well!

Der Vermieter Francois, war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich Zeit genommen, um uns über die Gegend und die Angebote zu informieren. Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich, wirklich sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Auch die Küche bietet alles, was man für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir wären gern länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind!

Idéal pour notre sejour

Nous avons choisi Château-Richer pour sa proximité à notre famille installée au Quebec. L’île d’Orléans est à deux pas et la grande ville à 20 minutes en voiture. L’appartement est parfait pour un couple avec ou sans enfant (2 chambres à coucher). Très agréable séjour. Accueil très chaleureux.

Un hote attentif

François est un hôte attentif qui est fier de son logement. Habitant le logement du bas, il était disponible pour répondre à nos besoins ou nous proposer des visites guidée de la région. Super appartement à deux pas de Québec

On a beaucoup aimé passer notre séjour dans l’appartement de François. Tout était formidable! Il est situé à 20 min du Vieux Québec et dans le petit village il y a une supérette bien équipée, sans oublier la boulangerie. L’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût - François est artiste et du coup on peut voir ses œuvres! Les lits sont confortables et on est très au calme. On a aimé profiter du balcon on soleil. On a pu faire vraiment de chouettes repas car la cuisine est très bien équipée. Et la cerise sur le gâteau :) notre hôte François est très accueillant et chaleureux. Il est de bons conseils pour les sorties culturelles. Merci François notre séjour était vraiment très agréable et reposant!

Le propriétaire nous a acceuilli très chaleureusement et était disponible pour nous en cas de besoin. Un vrai charme de séjourner à cet endroit. Nous recommandons fortement ! Le seul bémol est la présence de travaux dans le village et la proximité avec la grande route, donc plutôt bruyant.
