Overall the place met our expectations and we would stay again. Great location. It was a bit annoying staying 4 days and having to go buy coffee filters and detergent.

The place was beautiful, clean, modern and well decorated.Beach access was excellent, and the cost was reasonable. Location was perfect.Nice beach views.Pictures on the wall we crooked - the only possibly negative thing that I can think of. I would definitely try and rent the exact same unit if I am again in this area.We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Right on the beach with beach views from the upper King master bedroom. This condo was perfect for our stay with 2 moms and 2 adult daughters. 3 bathrooms are nice. The only bedroom with a tv is the King master. Although there were starter paper towels, TP, dish soap, etc. there wasn't the usual things you find in a rental either provided by the host or left by past guests like salt and pepper, plastic wrap/foil - those kind of things. There was literally nothing other than what the rental company left to get us started. The condo is advertised with it's community pool but it was not open during our stay (May 14-18). There was no mention of this in the description of the property. It should have been disclosed and stated clearly that the pool would NOT be open during our stay. The perk of the pool weighed into our decision to rent here. All in all it's a nice place and we enjoyed our time. We rented through VRBO but the property is managed by a rental company. Communication with the rental company was excellent.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad the condo was a good fit for your family and that you enjoyed the location! We also appreciate your kind words about communication with our team. We're sorry the community pool was closed during your stay. While the pool is advertised as a seasonal amenity, the exact open and close dates are determined by the HOA and can vary year to year. Thank you for your feedback about kitchen extras as well. We do provide starter supplies of paper products and soaps, though we don't leave any food items between guests. We appreciate the suggestion on tin foil and plastic wrap! Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Great location, good size

This place is perfect for the ideal “beach vacation.” Super close to tons of places in OBX. The only thing, and I mean only criticism, and frankly this is more a request for the management company: the little things didn’t seem to be there: beach chairs, tennis rackets, sand buckets. I understand the desire for cleanliness, and it was quite clean, but maybe use one of the many closets in the garage to have some options.

Great for the price

Property has a good layout and perfect proximity to the beach. All the essentials are there. Kitchen is small, so plan on eating out some. Property was clean. Would recommend!
