Beautiful ocean view and when you wake up in the master bed. Direct access to the beach! AMAZING location!!! Luggage lift was wonderful elevator wasn’t missed nearly as much as I thought it would be. We will return!!

We were able to check in 30 minutes early which was nice being new to the area. The room was clean however there was a strong musty oder when walking in. There were two days worth of towels and wash clothes provided. There wasn’t a basic spatula/flipper for making eggs though. The ice maker was handy and in good working order. There were extra blankets and pillows which was nice on chilly nights. The ocean could be viewed from the balcony.

The unit was clean. However, the listing includes a pull out sofa and a twin futon. Neither item is there. I contacted the owner. His response was for me to contact the on-site manager for a portable bed. She brought a brand new air mattress. All contact with property manager was good. The owner, however, did not apologize for the incorrect listing.

Location, location, location!

Good view of the beach and just steps to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Our only suggestion is to get new cookware. (Non-stick was scratched and chipping). We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean.

Great family getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place. The kids enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach. We will be booking this place again for next summer. The location is perfect.

We've previously vacationed at this property, but this was our first time at this condo. Everything went great for our stay and the room had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, the proximity to the beach is unbeatable.

Relaxing and Peacefu

The unit is sold and comfortable-spacious and one beautiful sightline to the ocean from the main bedroom. Easy access to the beach, Jennette’s pier, Sam & Omie’s, and in the middle of all the good stuff the outer banks has to share. The owners are great and communication is easy. Enjoy your stay!

Relaxing stay in the OBX

Everything was exactly as described. The beach was easily accessible and very clean. We used one of the pools and it was clean as well. All in all we enjoyed our stay and it was nice to be able to walk 2 blocks to the Catholic Church on Sunday.

Perfect spot for our family trip

The property was great. Walked right out to the beach, two pools (the smaller was great for my tiny swimmers, and they loved the pirate ship playground. Location was great too between the piers. Highly recommend.
