Guests have access to all of the resort amenities listed above.
Parking: parking passes are paid for upon booking and passes must be completely filled out and visible at all times or you are subject to towing. You are allowed 2 parking passes max.
Armbands: these are provided in the unit. You will be charged $20 PER lost armband. You must leave them on kitchen counter upon checkout. Children under 10 do not need to wear a band.
Pools & hot tubs are open from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Quiet hours will be enforced.
- Please note we only provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towel, dish pods, laundry pods) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.
- “Quiet hours” are enforced throughout the resort between 10:00 P.M. and 10:00 A.M. All owners and guests shall refrain from any activity that would disturb other residents at all times, but especially during quiet hours.
