You can reserve chairs or arrange for a beach bonfire in advance, by using the Goin' to the Beach app. Each daily rental chair comes with $10 in cabana cash and can be redeemed with your beach server the day of purchase. Any unused cabana cash can not be transferred to a different date.

Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

For bookings that start after January, upon guest registration completion, will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS, and no paper parking pass should be issued. Please note: this fee is not included in the grand total. Garage clearance is 7 feet.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. If under 25, then an additional $500 security deposit will be charged separately by the management company. Please note, this fee is not included in the grand total.
