Welcome to our flat in the artistic heart of Ogden, Utah! Enjoy close proximity to downtown Ogden, Ogden Ampitheater, Eccles Art Center, The Monarch, Ogden Temple, Snowbasin Ski Resort, Powder Mountain, restaurants, cafes, trailheads, skiing, and more. Perfect for ski trips, weekend getaways, staycations, business trips or a central and stylish home base while exploring everything Ogden has to offer. Our home is fully stocked and has been completely renovated to provide a modern and unique experience.

A short walk from Historic 25th Street, our updated Creative District flat combines stylish finishes with unbeatable access to downtown Ogden, nearby trailheads, skiing, mountain biking, I-15, and the greater Ogden area.

Our flat, Unit 2, is the top right apartment of a four unit building. Inside, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with double bunk beds (Helix mattresses), and one full bathroom with a tub and shower and single vanity. A generous living room with a West Elm sectional sofa (with queen sleeper), 60" flat screen Samsung TV, big windows, and cozy sitting chairs chairs offers the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing, exploring the city, or greater outdoors. A fully stocked kitchen with table and seating for four provides a great communal space for preparing and sharing meals. The washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen.

One of the bedrooms feature a desk and chair, perfect for a laptop and remote work.

Free, off-street parking is available for two cars in the parking lot located to the rear of the building in the spaces designated with the "2" signs.

Guests enter the unit by walking up the front stairs and entering the front door of Unit 2. Long term tenants live in the other units and guests must be respectful of tenants.

Guests have full access to the two parking spaces designated with the "2" signs.

Our flat is the top right unit of a four unit building. Guests are encouraged to enjoy their stay, but pets, exceedingly loud music, and late night parties are not permitted.

The ironing board and iron are located in the laundry room closet. Infant amenities including the high chair, pack 'n play, and toys and books are located in the bunk room closet. Extra towels are located in the bedrooms closets.

We have an alarm system in the unit but it will not be enabled during your stay.

Cute comfortable house, convenient location
House is clean and well stocked, owner is responsive and easy to communicate with. Location is central, easy to get to everything. Neighborhood is a little run down but looks to be changing, and definitely felt safe and it was quiet.

Clean, updated, spacious and close to everything
The first thing you notice is the clean, updated look of the unit. The four bunkbeds were perfect for our kids even though they’re in their late teens/early twenties. Great kitchen, big laundry room, and quiet neighborhood.

Cozy Ogden home!
The beautiful home was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed. The living room and bedrooms were comfy and able to be kept dark for sleeping in. The kitchen had all the items we needed, with a good stock of coffee and some snacks. Parking in the back was convenient and safe. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Ogden!
