Old Town Scottsdale just around the corner -5 min. A perfect location in the complex, this unit has a large, private patio, and just a short walk to the community pool (not heated). Ground floor unit with no stairs and 2 car garage attached! The open concrete concept floor plan with equipped kitchen is bright with large windows.

Like to exercise? We are only a 5 minute walk to the Arizona canal trail and Old Town Scottsdale. The closest grocery store is only 2 minutes away, Sky Harbor airport 15 min.
One small dog is welcome. Pet must be pre approved and pet fees must be paid. In addition to the pet fee online, there will be an additional 400 refundable pet deposit.
