I'm originally from an island in Northern Wisconsin...surrounded by water and lots of trees. In the winter, the water freezes, the trees drop their leaves & the temp can easily go to 40 Below. It's clear why I'm loving the wondrous AZ climate. I love hiking, cycling and sunshine. It's great fun for me to share my wonderful condo location and environment with others seeking winter warmth, sun, relaxation & fun. Living in this environment is "Halfway to Heaven!"

This McCormick Ranch neighborhood in Scottsdale is wonderfully diverse. Known as the Islands in McCormick Ranch...the area is considered "The Playground for Adults." There are paths to walk & jog or cycle, lakes to walk around, even fish. For excitement, Less that 5 miles away is Talking Stick Casino entertainment venue plus Spring Training at Talking Stick. Then there are too many great golf courses to count, the Hyatt Hotel down the street & great tennis in the park. And shopping at Fantastic Fashion Square is 12 minutes away. What's there not to love?
