This was a great stay in Boone at Tyler's place! Wonderful view and great setup in the house for kids and adults alike! Tyler was quick to respond with questions we had and is a fantastic host. We'll be back to visit again for sure.
We stayed in this home for a long weekend and it was enjoyed by all. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making sure their guests would enjoy their stay. comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, fire pit , hot tub
Our week in this lovely cabin was wonderful! It met all our expectations! My one piece of constructive criticism: the downstairs bedroom did not have a closet or furniture where you could hang or put one’s clothes! A dresser would be a nice addition. We hope to stay here again when we return to Boone. Thank you.

Great, but…
This is a beautiful home tucked in the back of a neighborhood. Once we got settled in, however, we realized the downstairs comforter reeked of dog urine was our guess. Then we went to make up the pull-out couch and the linens were stained and the blanket had dog hair on it. We threw everything in the dryer to try and reduce it, but our 18yr old was a little uncomfortable with it, but made due for the first night and we came up with other arrangements for her the 2nd night. Once we all were done with hiking and dinner the first night, we wanted to watch tv but every pillow and blanket were covered in dog hair and the tv didn’t work until we deleted at least 30apps due to “not enough memory.” Then we were still only able to get Netflix which was fine but didn’t end up watching much anyways. All that to say, these were not HUGE matters but clean sheets/comforters are so important when traveling. Overall the home was nice and would probably stay again if we knew these items were taken care of. Thank you.
My family stayed in this mountain cabin in Boone at the tail end of July. Although we came for the Blowing Rock Charity Horse Show, we spent time both in Boone and Blowing Rock. The cabin was just up the hill from Ap State, and yet felt very private and quiet. It was an easy drive to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway and close to everything in Boone! Perfect location and beautiful, well appointed house. We took advantage of the hot tub as well as the fire pit. And, we spent some lazy time reading on the deck. My only complaint is that the water pressure is quite low. Not a big deal, but definitely best to spread out showers, dishwasher, and laundry. Would recommend this property!
