Fantastic stay in Fruita, CO

This was a perfect spot for 5 adults and a puppy to stay for several days. The fenced in backyard with a walk out patio door from the master bedroom was wonderful! The beds were all comfortable, the kitchen spacious and had all the necessities of home, and was located close to a quaint downtown area with a great coffee shop, some yummy restaurants, and a nice shop to get some Colorado keepsakes! Could not have found a better spot!!!

Why they chose this property

We like the location because of the location to downtown - Just 2 blocks from coffee, dining and pubs. The huge backyard very nice with mature trees, green grass and fully fenced. The kitchen flows and is wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. The outdoor patio is also super convenient to the kitchen.
