Charming Lake House Cottage with beach access and lake view

Do not request to have your company pay me or send me money outside of the website YOU MUST USE A CREDIT CARD. Well groomed & behaved dogs permitted additional fees apply, must disclose prior to reservation.Three level home with lake view from large deck on top floor off the master suite. The main floor has a front covered porch with a partial view. The back of the property has a lawn off the covered furnished patio. There are three sleeping areas, 2 bedrooms two bathrooms and the lower level has washer dryer bathroom two entry's, wet bar and fireplace. Ample parking, private Sandy beach with large dock, lifeguard, sliding board into lake, Adirondack chairs and flotation devices are provided with out cost. The aesthetics of the home are a mix of cottage and modern furnishings with clean nice open floor concept. Please make an inquiry IF you are interested in reserving the property for a stay thank you. No Phishing or internet scams are to contact me. Minimum age to rent is 25, exceptions made upon request. Check in time is negotiable, arriving later than agreed time will result in additional charges per hour.
