Whole new building been fully renovated less than two years, with elevator, individual full kitchen, bathroom free washer and dryer in each unit!!

We are proudly located right across from the
Philadelphia Police Headquarters,the
neighborhood is safe and peaceful,both
personal crime grade and property crime grade are rated A,which means the lowest crime area.

The apartment has all the basic facilities you need ，a comfortable desk, Plenty of sunlight and light It must be something you like！

We provide our guest with a Keurig coffee maker and tea bag to keep you energized throughout the day, Fresh towels and bathroom essentials ,Common area offering a 50” smart TV ( connect Netflix,HBO , Disney or Hulu )

UPENN stay

Stayed here for 3 nights, it was very secure and I was able to pay extra and check in 5 hours, which I appreciated as I flew in for an event at UPENN and arrived on a red eye. It was definitely nice to have extra space and a stove / microwave, full refrigerator. The place was clean and bed comfortable. There isn't a ton of light and there is no washer / dryer...I appreciated the double door entry with secure codes as it felt secure, as a single female traveler, that was important. Also the unit is on the 3rd floor which was also better than the main floor.
