Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating the beach access restrictions were. Unfortunately, the beach renourishment project and any temporary closures were managed by local authorities and were outside of our control. Likewise, the beach umbrella rentals are operated by an independent vendor, not through Waters Edge Resort or our rental office. We also sincerely apologize for the building-wide air conditioning outage. While this issue affected the entire building rather than just your condo, we know it was a significant inconvenience. Once service was restored, we provided compensation for the night impacted by the extended outage. Regarding the odor you experienced, we took your concerns seriously and sent building maintenance to inspect the unit on two separate occasions. Despite their efforts, they were unable to identify the source of the smell or find any issues within the condo. We have continued to monitor the unit, and subsequent guests have not reported any similar concerns. We regret that several circumstances—many of which were beyond our control—impacted what should have been an enjoyable vacation.
