Top-floor w/ view, Walk to Sanford Stadium
Downtown walkable! This comfortable condo in a gated complex, is one mile from downtown or the stadium. (There is a hill involved if you're walking downtown.) You can even walk part of the way down the greenway, next to the river rapids. The seasonal pool is a great amenity for warm weather. There is a bed in the bedroom, and a Murphy bed in the living room. There's even a curtain divider that can be used. There are two tvs, tied to streaming services, for use with your logins. There is a coin laundry on the property, and parking is available for up to two vehicles. We do not live in the complex, but we do live close by. This unit is close to Mama's Boy, if you love brunch. This condo is on the third floor, stairs only. We are Athens experts, let us know if you need suggestions!
