This newly built home offers a peaceful, suburban feel while being surrounded by historic, tree-lined streets and old homes full of character. As Akron natives raised just minutes from here, my wife and I are proud to share this home in a neighborhood we love. We’ve thoughtfully crafted a true home away from home in the heart of LeBron James’ hometown.

This was a great place and meet all our needs for a short stay. Property owners are super friendly and quick to respond with any questions. If ever back in the area, will definitely look up for availability.
This is a great place to stay - one of our favorites for sure. Our kiddo loved the game room and kept asking to stay more days. The house was clean, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and parking in the garage was a great bonus. We'd stay here again!
We rented this house to get together with friends who live in Ohio. The house is new, cozy, very affordable. We plan to hopefully stay again when we are in the area!
Beautiful, Clean House with Easy Access to Downtown
Awesome experience, this house is beautiful, clean, with many amenities. Host is welcoming and responsive. Close to downtown, the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed 2 nights in this very clean newer home in quiet neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the well stocked game room. The kitchen had new appliances, plenty of dish & cookware. Coffee bar nice added feature. Location was perfect to visit zoo, Football Hall of Fame, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Cuyahoga Valley National Park & First Ladies National Historic Site. Host communicated everything we needed to know about our stay in timely manner. Would stay again if visiting area for sure.
Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay while visiting Akron. The property was pristine and exactly as described. It provided the space and privacy for our stay. We would definitely choose this property again if we come for another visit to Akron.
The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The assortment of games in the game room is fantastic. We went to a concert at the Blossom Music Center and it was a quick and easy drive to the concert venue.
Other than a scheduling snafu, the house was near perfect. Quiet neighborhood, very clean, close to the highway, and downtown Akron. Beds were very comfortable with ample bedding and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked although the table only seats four and is a hightop which could be difficult for unstable or elderly people. We drove a full size pick up truck which didn’t fit in the garage and barely fit on the apron to the garage. Not really an issue as there is also street parking. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
This is a nice new house in a new development. Very clean. Being able to use the garage to keep the cars in was a very nice touch. I had to call the property manager to get the check in instructions, but he called me back and sent them right away.
Upon entering this cute house, we already felt great vibes because of the clean quiet neighborhood alone. Once we got inside the smell of freshness n cleanliness hit our noses lol. The place was so clean n accurate to the Host's description. Perfect location for me because I grew up on the west side if Akron. So visiting relatives n friends was a breeze. Comfy beds n furniture. Smart televisions throughout the home. The game room was definitely a highlight. Appliances are all up to date n functioned well. These Hosts are very understanding, kind n accommodating. We hope to stay here again for our next visit. I absolutely recommend this property!
The house was immaculate and the owner/manager thought of everything to create a awesome experience. The kitchen is very well equipped and even stocked with cooking essentials like a variety of seasonings, cooking oil, coffee and miscellaneous food items. There is a large Roku TV in the family room and TV's in all the bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable. The house is very nicely decorated. I could go on and on about the details this owner thought of to create a comfortable home away from home. Worthy of 10 stars, almost unbelievable!

Michael, thank you for the kind words, we did put alot of thought into making this as comfortable as possible for our guest. You were an amazing guest, please come again and recommend us to a friend:)
The house was spotless, furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped except some one took the paring knife. If you jog in the morning be aware they must feed the big cats around 7:30 am at the zoo. The roars might put you in the ditch. Large Escalade is too long for garage door to close. Thank you to host for the wonderful accommodations.
I was a little trepidatious about Akron at first and, this was also my first time booking a home on this site but the owner was amazing communicated with me and made me feel comfortable before I even arrived. When we did arrive to our home for those few days it was above and beyond. I was so impressed with the house stocked full of anything we’d need! Plenty of was to entertain ourselves when needed the game room is as impressive as it looks. I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my stay. 10/10 if you’re in the Akron/Cleveland area stay here, never would have found myself excited to stay in Akron again if I find my way back there I know where I’m going.

Why they chose this property
The property offers the best of both worlds located in a brand new development, but a few doors down from abolitionist John Brown's home, which is one of 15 sites in Ohio that's included in the Underground Railroad Trail! Just five minutes from the Akron Zoo this beautifully decorated home is also near the Simon Perkins Stone Mansion, the family who founded Akron in 1825! The house backs up to a green house, which creates a serene and peaceful environment anytime of year. It would behoove you to book here for long or short stays alike. Looking forward to having you!
What makes this property unique
Aside from the reasons that we choose the neighborhood, this property has a game room that features a Pac-man arcade game along with other games that will take you back to your childhood!
