This beautiful duplex is located in a cozy, safe neighborhood that is 2 miles from the UW Campus/Hospital. Located only 1 block from the bus stop that will take you to downtown Madison, Camp Randall Stadium, Lake Mendota/Monona, UW Arboretum, and much more! This fully furnished 2 bed 1 bath has in-unit laundry and has free street parking. Due to Dane County regulations, we are only allowing 30+ day stays.
