This modern townhouse is situated off University Avenue in the Wingra Park neighborhood. Put a lot of work into it recently, including a brand new laundry center and all new furnishings. 30-day rental minimum.
Beautiful, spacious and fully-furnished interior with central air and outdoor patio space. Two dedicated garage parking spots for you and your guests! Walking distance to local cafes and restaurants, bistros and bars... see pics I uploaded to ones within walking distance.
The fabulous city commuter path for walking, running and biking is within walking distance as well (see pic).
Two very large bedrooms with queen beds and tons of dressers & closet space. One full and one half bathroom, brand new laundry center.
I keep the place super clean.
High speed internet. Streaming TV with Xumo. Yoga mat with roller to get stretched and stay fit.
Two outdoor patios. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware to make what your heart desires. The 7-Eleven across the street has all the basics you need: eggs, milk, frozen pizza, etc.
Best landlord in the Isthmus and always at your service.

Please exit by 11am to provide time for cleaning crew.

I am originally from Wisconsin and graduated Madison '92. Been renovating and updating furnishings since I purchased this condo recently. Location is prime, convenient and just outside the main campus area. Good food, coffee and restaurant options in walking distance.
Why they chose this property
As a graduate of UW-Madison, I wanted to provide direct access to the campus at the same time having privacy and at the edge of the Wingra Park neighborhood, great for runs and bike rides and walking distance from Regents Street commercial district. As you may be aware, Madison parking is difficult and this unit comes with access to two private parking spots in the garage, so no issues with parking. Huge advantage.

The condo is located in a townhouse setting with direct access to street and private parking. Quiet, central air/heat and fully furnished with great amenities.
