I am from Nebraska, but grew up visiting the Lake. I always dreamed of owning a house in the Ozarks. I love being able to share the Ozarks experience with our guests!

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location. This house is close to everything by lake and has all of the needed amenities nearby via land. I enjoy boating to the nearby bars / restaurants. I can't believe it is so close to the boardwalk at Lake of the Ozarks.

Not only are you close to everything, but you have your privacy at the house. The house abuts empty lots so it really feels like you have the lake to yourself.

What makes this property unique

The spaciousness and amazing views make this house very unique.

There are a lot of houses on the lake that are a little bit older and don't have modern characteristics of a home. They feel claustrophobic, closed off, with little shared areas.

This is a newer house that has an open concept with three living rooms, tall ceilings, four bedrooms, storage areas, and amazing outdoor areas. It has all of the living area indoor and out that you could desire. In addition, this house makes you feel like you are overlooking the ENTIRE lake. It honestly has the best view I have ever experienced at the lake.
