Beautiful 4,000 square foot home with it's own 2 slip dock on the 24 mile marker of the main channel. Home features some of the best views of the lake. Great
for a family retreat or corporate gathering. Great for bachelorette and bachelor gatherings as there is a bar right next door.
Features include 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms-(three full and two 1/2's),
sauna in the master, game room includes pool table, poker table, two arcade games,
sectional seating area, flat panel tv, and
refrigerator. Swim dock, boat dock, and covered gazebo.

Boat slip sizes- 2 Slips: 10x40 and 14x40

There are 3 California king beds, two fulls and two twins.

This home is fully equipped with coffee machine, patio furniture,
large BBQ grill, all kitchen utensils, pans,
pots, cutlery, plates and central vac. Fully
equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Office located off kitchen has fouton for extra sleeping, wireless
internet and office desk and chair.

Home is located next door to the famous Paradise Tropical
Restaurant & Bar.

Also available: high chair, baby crib and stroller.

Nice size house with plenty of space to hang out and have fun. Had racoon problems and traps set out on master bedroom deck. Bare minimum for "executive" - no laundry detergent, shampoo, or other amenities. Limited towels for the number of guests. Shower drain issue with one of the bathrooms. Game room no AC or fan making it too hot to enjoy, plus most of the games not working. Manager not responsive. Place was clean, quiet, and had good views of the lake.

This is a very nice, higher end property. The master suite was spacious with wonderful lake view. One exception to call out is the bed needs to be replaced and the window blinds were in bad shape. The great room area is perfect for a large group ( we had 10). The large dock with swim platform was ideal for swimming and fishing. The outdoor patio is nice but could use some attention ( cleaning, furnishing upgrades).Don’t count on using the futon in the office for an extra bed. It is unusable as a bed. If you rent this property, bring your own towels ( bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, bath mats). The ones provided by the host were very sparse or non existent.The game room was fairly disappointing. It looks great in the pictures but the pool table felt is in very bad shape rendering it unusable. The dart board did not work: not that it mattered because there were no darts.Another thing worth mentioning is the driveway down to the property is very steep and is shared with the adjacent bar and grill. You will not make it down there without an SUV. The alternative parking is at the top of the slope making getting your stuff in and out a bit of a chore. We found the Paradise Bar and Grill very convenient to grab a meal or a drink in a fun and lively environment. They have live music and the food and staff were great.Overall, great property for a large group in a great location if you bring everything you will need to make it functional.

Lake life is the best!

Beautiful home that accommodates children, adults, and seniors. Lots of spaces that allowed us to play games, shoot pool, relax on the patio and fish from the dock.This home is right on the water with a gorgeous view!

Perfect Place in the Ozarks.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay for our group of 13. The House, Dock, and location were all amazing. I will try to stay here every trip to the Ozarks if possible.

Great time!
