The space
Enter Casa Vista al Mar through a beautiful wood door and immediately take in the bay views. You immediately pass the 1/2 bath to your left. Located on this floor is the spacious living room that has a comfortable 3 person couch which can be converted to a queen bed. There are also 2 parota wood chairs and a parota framed love seat. An additional queen size air mattress can be set up in the living room if needed. The Roku smart TV is connected to wifi and you can watch 1,000s of shows or movies with the installed app, or sign in to your Netflix account. The dining room boasts a huge round table with seating for 6 people. The oversized balcony is where you will spend hours watching the dolphins and whales play in the bay, and take in the most magnificent sunsets. Behind the dining room is an entertainer’s dream kitchen. The gorgeous kitchen has a Samsung French-door fridge with TRIPLE filtered water/ice, a wine cooler and is well stocked with cookware and dining ware. In the pantry is a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Up the beautiful spiral staircase leads you to both bedrooms. The master bedroom has sweeping views of the bay and a sliding glass door to take in the ocean breeze. Enjoy views of the bay when you wake up from your king sized bed. A flat screen TV with Roku is also in the master bedroom. Pass through the dressing room with ample closet and storage space to the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. The 2nd bedroom has wood shutters to close off the open air view to the ocean via the high ceiling in the dining room. This bedroom also has a king size bed, a closet, ample shelves for storage and its own bathroom with shower.

#1 This condo is located on the 7th and 8th floor of a small boutique condominium building. The view is exponentially better the higher you go. An additional perk is that the 7th floor entrance is even with street level so that it is a very short walk from the entrance gate of the complex to the front door of the condo with no need for stairs or elevator.
#2 This condo is very comfortable. With new furniture, large king size beds, and the constant roar of the waves below you can't help but feel relaxed.

She can set you up with everything from tours, boat trips, advice on how to get around, and even arranging a personal chef to come make you a meal in your condo that you will never forget! She can even make sure that the condo is stocked with groceries (and drinks!) upon your arrival if you just let her know your needs ahead of time.

In addition to its impressive design, this condominium offers access to incredible facilities. The building features a pool where you can relax and cool off, a solarium perfect for sunbathing and enjoying panoramic views, and best of all, direct access to the beach. The beach is larger at low tide and has a breakwater to make it safer and more accessible. The lagoon next to the condo has very clear water and is an excellent place for snorkeling and seeing huge numbers of colorful tropical reef fish.

If you desire even more amenities, you can explore the facilities of Hotel Costa Sur, located right next door. There you will find beach chairs to enjoy the sand and sea, bars and restaurants to delight your palate with delicious dishes and refreshing beverages, and a spa where you can pamper yourself with rejuvenating treatments. There is a really good convenience store in the hotel where you can get basics including groceries, liquor and wine, and beach attire. There is also an ATM on site. The access policies for Costa Sur change often but you are always welcome to enjoy the beach there and their restaurants and bars free of charge. Use of the pool, spa, and gym may require you to purchase a day pass.
Our building pool and beach are always open to guests.

My property will be cleaned with approved disinfectant that includes all touch-points such as: door knobs, counters, toilets, showers, tables and handrails. Bathrooms will have anti-bacterial soap and we will make every effort to have hand sanitizer available.
