A short drive from downtown Annapolis, the Naval Academy, and Navy-Marine Corps Stadium. The quiet neighborhood and two-level layout give everyone room to spread out - kids downstairs with board games, adults upstairs with wine.
The Space:
The main level has a bright family room with a pull-out couch, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that opens onto the patio. Outside: outdoor furniture, dining table, gas grill, and a fully fenced yard where dogs can run free.
Two bedrooms are on this level - one with a queen, the other with a full bed and twin trundle. A full bathroom is in the hallway between them.
Downstairs: a second family room with another pull-out couch, a pool table, board games, and a laundry closet. The master bedroom is also on this level with a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom - the quietest room in the house.
The split-level layout works great for groups: kids and games downstairs, adults and kitchen upstairs, everyone meets on the patio.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the home by keypad entry. The code changes with every guest.
The Neighborhood:
This property is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Out of respect for the neighbors, there are no parties allowed. If you would like to host a small daytime gathering, you must first request permission from the host.

Route 91: This local bus route connects Eastport and Annapolis. You can catch this bus for trips to and from the downtown area, including popular spots like the City Dock and Historic Annapolis. While the closest stops are further away, you can catch this bus at the Broadneck Park & Ride or nearby locations.
Route 70: This route connects Eastport to Edgewater and passes through various parts of Annapolis, including neighborhoods like Arnold. It's a good option for getting to downtown Annapolis from the north side of the city, although the stop closest to Neptune Place is a bit further.
Purple Shuttle:
The Purple Shuttle is a free shuttle that operates within downtown Annapolis. While it doesn't directly service the area near Neptune Place, it can be convenient if you're in the downtown area and want to travel between parking areas, restaurants, and key destinations like City Dock or the State House.
MTA Commuter Buses:
Route 920 (Annapolis to Washington, D.C.): The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) offers commuter buses that connect Annapolis to Washington, D.C. from the Annapolis Park & Ride. These buses are great for commuters and tourists wanting to get to D.C. quickly. The Park & Ride is located at 1950 West Street in Annapolis.
Route 301 (Annapolis to Baltimore): If you’re heading to Baltimore, this commuter bus service offers direct routes from Annapolis.

Both Uber and Lyft operate in Annapolis, including the Neptune Place area. These services are widely available and can be a convenient option for travel to downtown Annapolis, Westfield Mall, or other nearby areas. Simply request a ride via the app for a quick and easy trip.
Water Taxis:
While water taxis do not serve the Neptune Place area directly, they do operate within the Annapolis Harbor. The closest water taxi stops are in the downtown area, near City Dock, which is approximately a 15-20 minute drive from 1172 Neptune Place. It’s a great way to travel if you’re visiting the waterfront and want a scenic route to get to various destinations along the harbor.
Nearby Metro & Rail:
New Carrollton Metro Station: Approximately 30 minutes by car from 1172 Neptune Place, this station connects with the Orange, Green, and Yellow Lines of the Metrorail system and also serves Amtrak trains, providing direct access to Washington, D.C. and Baltimore.
BWI Airport: About 30 minutes by car, BWI Airport is an ideal option for long-distance travel. It offers Amtrak and MARC commuter rail services to Washington, D.C. and Baltimore.
Parking in Downtown Annapolis:
If you’re driving, you’ll find parking options in downtown Annapolis near the City Dock and along the Historic District. There are several parking garages, including Park Annapolis, which is a short walk from key attractions.
For a more scenic route, consider using the Eastport parking areas and then walking or taking the free shuttle into the main downtown area.
