Needed cleaning. Offered to send cleaning team but everyone was settled..Had socks and trash under the beds. Small street so you need a vehicle that is easy to maneuver. Owner was great and responsive as was the host… laundry is pay so had to go get quarters…

My husband and I got to the house and after quite a few times of trying the key pad at the front door, finally a neighbor popped out and said to use the other door. I feel like that’s something we should’ve been told but ok. I’ll say there were things that were dirty (like a plastic solo cup that was left under the couch), there were stains on a bunch of furniture really. It didn’t seem like it was being maintained well such as the grass. The grass desperately needed to be cut, figured that’d be maintained at an Airbnb. At the end of the day, the house did serve its purpose for the four of us. I have zero complaints about the homeowner’s communication.

The host is not able to make decisions, stated multiple times that he needed to consult the landlord. There was a large snow and ice storm two weeks prior to our visit, the driveway had a shoveled path for a trash can, not a car. There was plowed ice chunks two feet high at the foot of the driveway, making it impassable for a car to cross. There was not street parking available due to the snow banks. We reached out to the host and he seemed willing to help, but then never followed through.
