Main Living Area- Big and Bright airy windows, Smart tv, and comfortable, yet stylish leather sofas. Open concept from the living room all the way to the kitchen with tall ceiling height.

Dining Area- Dining tables long enough to accommodate 12 guests to enjoys a classy dinner amongst the people you care about the most. Plus an additional 3 barstools at the bar.

Fully Stocked Kitchen- Toaster, Knife set, Toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, kitchen accessories, silverware, Nutribullet blender, T-fal pots and pans, glassware, and wine glasses.

Fantastic Location in Arlington

This house is fantastic for a family. The location is great. There are so many stores and restaurants that are walkable from the property. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for cooking for a large group.

DC Family Vacation

My adult siblings and I needed a home large enough to accommodate six couples with easy access to the district. This home met our needs... and then some. Wonderful property for larger parties that plan on spending extended time in the DC area.

Stay Near DC

We brought 7 students from our US History Class to DC and stayed at this home. It was awesome, although if you are walking to the Metro watch out for the giant hill! The home was immaculate and exactly as described. There were plenty of amenities and the host was great. We have worked with Franck for 3 years and have always been so happy! Thank for a great stay.

This is a must see property.

This property could be in a Better Homes and Gardens article. It's pleasing to the eye, with attention to detail, and spotlessly clean. Having a great bakery next door doesn't hurt either.

The host was attentive and responded to my emails ahead of our visit in a timely manner. He also came to the house during our stay to make sure everything was ok and provided us with more flatware since we had 16 people for Thanksgiving dinner. The house was advertised as being immaculate and it was. There was also sufficient cookware and serving dishes for all the sides we planned for. Turned out to be a very memorable visit for our family. With the large number of people we had for dinner, the size of the two living rooms and dining area that all adjoined one another was somewhat smaller than the pictures showed, but it worked for us.

Good Location

Only issue we had with the home is the water pressure if anyone on a lower floor was showering. Large home with plenty of space should consider number of people staying there. If more than one person was showering there was zero pressure. Bakery next door is a plus. Clean home.

House was perfect -

House was spotless and super comfortable. Plenty of room for 6 coworkers to have privacy. Great location. if only the batteries in the smoke detector hadn’t picked that moment…beeping in one room and then the next for the entire stay. high ceilings, short people, no ladder in the house. Not optimal. host not exactly responsive.
