Beautiful, spacious townhome located in the prestigious Canal Corkran community, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Enjoy pond views from the covered porch or second-floor deck, along with access to a large community pool just steps away.

The home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas grill—ideal for preparing family meals. Dine together in the separate dining room that seats 10, or take a short walk to Rehoboth Avenue to enjoy its many restaurants, shops, and attractions.

There are two primary suites, each with a private bathroom, plus additional space perfect for children. For families traveling with little ones, a full-size crib, jogging stroller, and high chair are provided.

The open-concept living area offers 9-foot ceilings, abundant natural light, and peaceful pond views that create a relaxing atmosphere. After a day at the beach, golfing, or outlet shopping, unwind by the pool or enjoy a drink on the shaded patio overlooking the water.

Guests can explore the community walking paths, bring bikes, or kayak along the Lewes–Rehoboth Canal and trail. The beach is just ¾ of a mile away—approximately an 8-block walk.

This is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of the full deposit. A 50% deposit is due upon receipt of the lease agreement, with the remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival. Guests under 30 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. A smart doorbell is installed at the front entrance for security purposes only.

Wonderful family beach townhouse and location.

The townhouse has a large dining room and spacious living room on the first floor. The townhouse is a mile from the beach. Great for early morning or evening walks. There is a community pool in the complex. There also is a playground at the park (that also has a farmer’s market during the week). There are very good restaurants and shops nearby. Overall it was fun and enjoyable week.

This was our first time staying in the Rehoboth Beach area, and Cheryl's property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, had very comfortable accomodations, and was located in a very nice area of town with easy access to the boardwalk/beach. Wonderful Place

We stayed with 6 adults, a 3 year old, & 20 month old. We loved the location by the bike trail and about 1 mile from restaurants and shopping. We loved it so much we already booked it for next year :-)

Great location and very roomy.

This was our second year in a row at this same place. We love the location because it’s close to the bike trail and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The 4 bedroom place is great for our extended family of six adults and two toddlers. We like relaxing by the pool and the back patio.
