Security cameras:
We have 3 Ring doorbell cameras: one facing the driveway, another overlooking the bar and grill area on the main deck, and one positioned on the back deck of the living room. These cameras will remain active throughout your stay. There are no cameras installed inside the house.

Elevator:
The elevator is provided as a convenience; however, we cannot guarantee that it will be operational 100% of the time. While we do our best to ensure it is functioning during your stay, certain factors—such as power outages, severe weather, mechanical issues, or operator error—may cause it to be temporarily out of service. In the rare event the elevator is not working, guests must be prepared to use the stairs. Please note: the elevator is not wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, and children under 18 are not permitted to use it without adult supervision.
