A master bedroom on each floor with king beds. Downstairs also has a room with two queens. Upstairs has a bunk room with two bunk beds. Stylishly and comfortably furnished. Bright and open kitchen/living/dining area with beautiful beach views. Fully-equipped island kitchen. Ceiling fans throughout downstairs. Washer/Dryer on the ground floor. Wi-Fi. Table dining for 16, plus 3 at island counter. Gated porch great for kids and dogs. Outdoor shower. Quiet, family-oriented beach. This was a beautiful property that met all of our needs! Will be returning! Bring bug spray if you plan on being outside after dark! The mosquitos are vicious lol nothing the house can do about that though!

We absolutely loved this beach house! The location was perfect for walking to the beach! The house was very clean and Eric was very responsive to our needs and questions! The upstairs bedrooms were very cold as all the other reviews had stated! We love being cold at night so that didn’t bother us! The house was well stocked in the kitchen. There were tons of beach toys for little kids provided as well as some beach chairs! The fridge didn’t stay very cold for long periods of time and took awhile to cool but Eric had addressed that with us. We will definitely stay at this beach house again & highly recommend it!

Expected way more for the price and based on past reviews. Location was really good. Nice and close to the beach. House and furniture were run down. The king Beds were old and squeaky. Bad smell throughout the house. The outside patio and furniture was one of the best things about the house…very nice. All in all, we enjoyed our visit with the family.

We love staying here. Perfectly spacious and amazing location. Neighborhood is quiet with perfect beach access. Home is the most well stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at. The newly updated kitchen was a pleasant surprise. We will keep coming back for sure!

Great House with Easy Beach Access

This house is essentially on the beach. We had 7 kids and it was easy for them to get to the beach and for us to watch them from the house. The house had lots of sand toys and great shade on the porch. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

Perfect Beach House

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful beach home. The location is perfect and is only steps from the beach. The house itself had everything we needed and more. Will definitely be renting it again!
