Decorated in colors for you to take fun pictures and enjoy your stay.
3Bd 1 Bath house with a queen sofa bed pull out so you can sleep 8! We have a cute front porch to sit and have your morning coffee, backyard to relax & enjoy the sun. Ah, peaceful &comfortable sleeps with our new mattresses. Work Remote w/ dedicated office space, WIFI, TV with Amazon Firestick, fall in love our sage green kitchen and all the amenities you need to make some quick meals! In house laundry with washer and dryer is also available, especially if you are planning a longer stay!
5 min Walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee & bakeries on Park Blvd. 7 min drive to Balboa / Zoo, Take in the hillcrest farmer's market or visit the Lafayette Hotel which is a night scene just on its own! 13 mins to beach. 3 freeways (805,163,8) so close you can quickly access any of San Diego’s attractions and neighborhoods without the noise of traffic.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Notify when u have checked out. Report to me any damage at all, so we can address it.
Please take all used towels, washcloths, kitchen cloths and bathmats in a pile on bathroom floor. No need to strip the beds. Turn off all a/c or heating units and lights.
Put back the items or furniture you may have moved to its proper original location. Don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink, please either hand wash or start a load in the dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING OF ANY SORT.
Leave house in condition you arrived. Clean and tidy. Garbages emptied and your dishes washed.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WITH MORE THAN MAX OCCUPANCY.

Cozy craftsman in a fantastic location

Great 3-bedroom craftsman home, with the best of North Park within walking distance. Well-equipped, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is very safe, with plenty of great urban hikes nearby. Also centrally located for getting around the greater San Diego area. We look forward to staying here again.

House full of character

Overall, this place was clean and has space for the family. The craftsman details and built inside were awesome. There were only 2 bath towels and one hand towel even though we had booked for a party of 6 people. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Fantastic home away from home

Very clean, beautifully updated while retaining original charm. Very responsive owner, had everything we needed. The backyard was such a nice bonus that we didn't think much about when initially renting. We had breakfast outside a few times and watched the pollinators in the yard. Super close to many desirable areas,so traffic wasn't a worry if we ran into it. Beds were super comfy,a high priority for us. Walkability was great too!Thank you for a great San Diego stay!
