Our house is located in the heart of San Diego’s North Park neighborhood. With trendy hangouts, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants on every corner. Mere minutes from Balboa Park, Ocean Beach, Downtown, Little Italy, Hillcrest and much more.

NorthPark is the hub for trendy nightlife in San Diego.Just a few blocks away there are several breweries, restaurants and coffee shops all you need to make your stay more pleasant.
If your don't have a vehicle you are only a few minutes uber/lyft from all you want to see in San Diego.
5 minutes to shopping in Mission Valley,
7 minutes to Balboa Park, Museums and The famous SD Zoo.
10 Minutes to Hillcrest, SDSU,
15 min from Petco park, Convention center and Gaslam quarter.

Noise / quiet ordinance in San Diego is time after 9pm. There are plenty of close by local places to have fun in the evening.
NO pets unless priorly arranged/ NO smoking in the house. House is inspected thoroughly after every check out to ensure compliance.

This Charming Cottage is the absolute best. It has everything one could need, is super comfortable and in the perfect location. The host made this place well appointed so you feel like you’re at home and not in a barren space. I cannot wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in North Park. The location was great, walkable to numerous breweries, food, Senior Mangos and Ans Laundrymat. Loved it had parking and it was close to everything we planned on doing in San Diego.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was the perfect size for four adults and our dog. The location is very central to the San Diego attractions. Cute house in a great neighborhood

First, the "con" - the property is in need of a deep cleaning and general TLC. On the surface, it seems fine, but if you look a little closer you realize it needs some attention.Next, the "pro's" - location is excellent. Corner stores, restaurants, breweries all within walking distance. Nice neighhbors. Beds are comfortable. Easy access for getting around the larger San Diego area.

The home was very well Stocked and clean. The size was perfect for the six guests that stayed, including two young children. It was a perfect location within walking distance of numerous grocery stores and restaurants. The Private outdoor area was fantastic for eating and hanging out. A Happy Re-Visit

We returned to this comfy North Park bungalow for a family event and found it just as great as on our first visit. Really well-equipped, very responsive host, all good! The neighborhood is terrific too -- low key, but full of interesting brew pubs and restaurants and an easy drive to San Diego's many attractions.

We had a great stay at this sweet home in North Park. Close to wonderful restaurants and all San Diego's major attractions, Ismael's place was clean and comfortable, and he was a very attentive host. Having parking was a huge plus! Would highly recommend!
